Function Rooms

The BCCC has two private function rooms.

Our small intimate room can cater for up to 30 guests seated, or 50 guests cocktail style. This room is ideal for smaller receptions. The larger function room can cater for up to 120 guests seated or 200 guests cocktail style. Both rooms can be combined to cater for up to 150 guests seated or 250 guests cocktail style and open out to a verandah set with comfortable chairs and lounges. All rooms come with tables andd chairs and will be positioned on the day to suit your requirements.

The main bar is also available and will hold up to 100 guests seated or 200 guests cocktail style.

Food & Beverages

The BCCC offers both catered and self-catering options when you book one of our function rooms. The BCCC offers both delicious finger food as well as a two course buffet menu for you to select from. If you wish to self-cater, we can provide the use of our commercial kitchen & BBQ’s for a small fee.

All guests will need to purchase their drinks from the main bar. However, on request a private function bar can be set up or you can open up a bar tab (no minimum or maximum limit required).
