Training & Seminar Rooms

The BCCC currently has 3 rooms available that can be utilized for training or seminars. Two of our rooms hold up to 21 people and the third room can hold up to 150 people (theatre style).
The BCCC has customized 4 packages in relation to hiring our rooms for training or a seminar. Please see below for more information.

Package 1:

  • Up to 21 people
  • Half Day (up to 4 hours)
  • Includes Morning Tea (includes a Tea, Coffee & Water Station)
  • Hire Fee: $205.00 (incl. GST)

    • Package 2:

  • Up to 21 people
  • Full Day
  • Includes Morning Tea & Lunch (includes a Tea, Coffee & Water Station)
  • Hire Fee: $515.00 (incl. GST)

    • Package 3:

  • 22-150 people
  • Half Day (up to 4 hours)
  • Morning Tea (includes a Tea, Coffee & Water Station) @ $5.00 a head
  • Room Hire: $240.00 (incl. GST)

    • Package 4:

  • 22-150 people
  • Full Day
  • Morning Tea & Lunch (includes a Tea, Coffee & Water Station) @ $15.00 a head
  • Room Hire: $340.00 (incl. GST)

    • Each of our packages includes the use of a data projector & screen, whiteboard, PA system, wireless microphone and Wi-Fi access.

    Photo Scavenger Hunt

    This scavenger hunt style activity will tick all your boxes—it suits large or small teams, gets your group outdoors and creates just enough competition to make the result interesting.

    It has been called the “just right” team activity for a good reason, it suits teams large and small, young and old, introverts and extraverts!

    Anyone fit enough for a brisk walk can manage it easily.
